By registering for our services and continuing to use our website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The term ‘YNK Jobs’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website bost& UG which offers job advertisements and candidate scouting for job and internship positions within the global startup and innovation ecosystem. The term ‘user’ or ‘users’ refer to user’s logged in and registered as candidates / job seekers and employers.

We reserve the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms or any policy or guideline of the Sites, at any time and in our sole discretion. In case of any changes or modification users will be informed 1 month before the changes will be effective.

Terms of Service

YNK Jobs offers job advertisement (ad) services. Our site carters to both job seeker wishing to find employment and employers wishing to place employment ads. Both job seekers and employers are required to register with us by creating an account with us.

We reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to correct obvious errors or omissions and to remove or change tags in any portion of the job ad before its publication, or to request the user to do so.

We publish the job ads submitted by the employer and accepted by us on the site publicly. Duration, amounts and featuring of job posting depends on the chosen employer package. On demand and after individual agreement, we also offer employers to scout and recruit candidates against a negotiable and performance based commission fee. By registering on YNK Jobs, employers allow us to use their logo for our own marketing purposes.

Job seekers are able to create candidate profiles, which will be shared with registered employers. Candidates / job seekers expressly confirm by agreeing this term, that YNK Jobs is allowed to share their uploaded information with registered employers. We do offer for job seekers to apply directly through us or provide job links to jobs posted on various site, details about the job description and contacts to the employer posting the job. We are not responsible for the final hiring and we do not guarantee any success regarding employments.

We have full discretion in determining the placement of a job ad on the YNK Jobs. The user has no right to a specific placement, unless a specific placement is part of the offer, as e.g., in the case of the featured job post.

User Registration

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

(1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;

(2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;

(3) you will not access the site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;

(4) you will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;

(5) your use of the site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Third-party Websites

The site may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”) as well as employer’s websites, candidate social media profiles, articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties (“Third-Party Content”). We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site.

General Limitation of Liability

YNK Jobs provides the site on an “as is” basis and makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through the site or which may link to this site. When you access a site outside the site, please understand that it is independent from the site and that YNK Jobs has no control over the content on that web site. In addition, a link to the site does not mean that YNK Jobs endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such a web site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including legal costs: –

  1. resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site and its services;
  2. howsoever arising as, a result of you downloading files from the Site or that we include links to; and,
  3. howsoever arising as, a result of any action you take as either a direct or indirect result of information, opinions or other materials on the site, or generated from the site and its services.

Governing law and disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed exclusively in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal action or proceeding between YNK Jobs and you concerning this agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Germany.
