Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist, which means you will be trying to convert our sign-ups into paid leads.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities 🏋️‍♀️📋

NEW CUSTOMER ACQUISITION: 40% of position responsibility

  • Prospect, develop, and close new accounts.
  • Work directly with new and existing customers to discuss and understand their needs.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting to completion of the sale, obtaining payments, and ensuring overall excellent customer experience.

CUSTOMER RETENTION: 40% of position responsibility

  • Build & maintain long term business relationships with existing customers
  • Grow the existing book of business through our current and new capabilities.
  • Work closely with and be the customer’s advocate for internal success.

ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 20% of position responsibility

  • Maintain and log all customer interactions into our CRM
  • Provide customers with quotes to secure the business

Qualifications 💪🧠

  • Strong sales skills are a must!
  • Previous experience in sales success for at least 1 year
  • Customer support experience
  • Consistently positive can-do attitude
  • Strong business development focus, willing to prospect and uncover new potential and drive to develop opportunities from prospect level through to deal close and then manage ongoing relationships.
  • Individually driven to work.
  • Very communicative, excited, proactive and open-minded
  • Must be able to listen to people, perceive problems, and bring issues to a successful conclusion.
  • Languages required: Turkish (native) and English (fluent)
