- Joining the company’s digital growth vision and leading strategy in LATAM, APAC, and S.Europe
- Building end-to-end customer journey and orchestrate the growth strategy
- Working closely with 3rd parties such as Facebook, Google, Insider, etc.
- Making decisions and taking action with the help of analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)
- Managing paid marketing channels
- Creating content & marketing strategy in different regions
- Manage our outsource network in content creation
- Implementing conversion optimization and marketing automation tools, – A/B tests, etc. (Insider knowledge is a plus)
- App business growth experience is a must
- A startup environment for at least 1 year (in marketing or growth)
- Paid marketing experience (Facebook, Google, TikTok)
- B2C and Peer-to-Peer experience is a HUGE plus
- ASO knowledge is a plus
- Having knowledge about startup culture and being a person who is eager to a “disruptive growth” mindset
- Residence in anywhere
- Good command of English
- Analytical skills
- Having good planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills
- Nomad in the world 🙂 ✈️
